How we describe our products - The Grading System.
We're careful to describe our products as accurately as possible, in particular the condition of the items and any repairs, wear, flaws or damage. Here is an explanation of the descriptions and terms we use to describe the item's condition:

Perfect Condition. - This means exactly that, the item is in perfect condition and like new .... no signs of wear, use, flaws or damage.


Excellent condition - This means that the item will be almost perfect, with no damage, flaws and practically no signs of use or wear. Any minor flaws present will be noted in the item description.


Very good condition - This means that the item has no obvious wear, signs of use, or major flaws or damage and any that are present will be clearly noted in the item description.


Good condition - This means that the item may have some small flaws, signs of use or light wear, but, these will be noted in the description.

Returns

Purchases are protected by Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to cancel within seven days after the day you receive the item. If we receive the item back in 14 days we will refund you in full. Buyer pays for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please ensure you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as Milly’s Marvels cannot be held responsible for packages lost on return to us.
Missing or faulty goods must be reported to Milly’s Marvels within 7 days of delivery. We are fair and honest traders .
