A stunning novelty brass vesta match holder.  This figural vesta is in the shape of a Dog Kennel. The Kennel as a wonderflul enamel plaque on the front displaying a sweet little Pug Dog! The vesta has an interesting opening mechanism - it opens at the top roof via a press down button which releases the pin holding it in place. The underside of the kennel has a strike strip. This wonderful vesta was intended to store matches but it can of course be used to house small items of your choice. An incredible novelty brass dog house vesta!
