A stunning antique solid silver match vesta. This wonderful vesta has enamel plaque to the front displaying a Tabby Cat dressed as a Sailor. The inside of the lid of the vesta is hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 in addition there is the silversmiths hallmark for Hilliard & Thomason. The vesta opens at the top via a hinged lid, there is a strike strip to the bottom of the vesta. A fabulous collector's time piece. An incredible Antique english silver vesta featuring a Tabby Cat!
